Day 60

Pain again. I had forgotten how bad I feel and now I'm reminded again of the pain.
It is like a big pressure on my legs and like someone was chewing on my bones and joints.

Well , all well, there is pain relief and I will take some pills later on. And I found out today at the Physiotherapists that I got some pain relief when training cardiac on the bike. So if my pain gets worse; I will use my bike today.

The weather in Stockholm today is depressing. It's snowing and raining at the same time and it's gray gray gray today.

Well there is a pill for that too, well not for the snow butt for depression, if you'd like some. You would take some serous pills to get rid of the snow -hehe. Like LSD or some thing. But that kind of fun is not what I'm going to have today. Cheers J
